Barclay was a workhorse for the Demon Deacons as they defeated East Carolina 44-34 on Saturday. The senior from Louisville, Kentucky ran 25 times for 210 yards (8.4 YPC) and four touchdowns on the day.

Johnnie Lee Higgins, UTEP
Higgins was a force Friday night as the Miners fought off in-state rival Houston 44-41. The junior out of Sweeny, Texas hauled in just a half-dozen passes but accounted for 156 yards (26.0 YPC) and three TDs.

The Bruins completely dismantled the Oklahoma Sooners in Los Angeles Saturday afternoon. The defense allowed RB Adrian Peterson just 58 yards on the ground and trounced OU 41-24. UCLA is 3-0 on the season.

Miami over Clemson
The Tigers rallied from down ten points to tie the game at 20 at the end of regulation. After trading TDs and field goals in the first two overtimes, the 'Canes held off Clemson in the third overtime and prevailed 36-30.

Michigan State over Notre Dame
The Fighting Irish were on top of the college football world after opening the season with back-to-back road wins, but Michigan State and QB Drew Stanton went into South Bend and shocked the nation, winning 44-41 in OT.
