The SouthernCollegeSports.com Preseason All-America team has fifteen total players from fourteen different teams and seven different conferences. Only Wake Forest had multiple members on the teams.
The ACC led the way with four players on one of the three All-America teams. The Big East and SEC followed with three members each, while Conference USA claimed two. Conferences represented with one player each were the PAC 10, Big XII, and West Coast.
