>SUPER SIXTEEN POWER RANKINGS

Duke Duke
14-1
A week away from Cameron might bring Duke back down to Earth. But then again, it doesn’t matter where you play when you’re good defensively.
Stanford Stanford
14-0
Stanford completed a perfect first half of the season by beating California to go 14-0. And they just now became healthy.
St. Joseph's St. Joseph's
15-0
A guard combination like West and Nelson will carry you a long way come March. Can St. Joseph’s keep up the perfection?
Cincinnati Cincinnati
13-0
Continues to dominate foes after breezing by Marquette on the road. A win at Louisville will establish this team as a title contender.
Louisville Louisville
13-1
Match-up vs. Cincinnati will give us the clear cut favorite for the Conference USA title. Should be a fun one.
Connecticut Connecticut
15-2
The Big East race is going to be closer than we all thought.
North Carolina North Carolina
11-3
Roy Williams and UNC beat the No. 1 team in the country last week, and might have another chance to do it again when they host Duke on Feb. 5th.
Pittsburgh Pittsburgh
18-1
Pitt proved they can play with anybody at UConn. Look for this team to keep winning, all the way into March.
Texas Texas
11-2
Domination of the boards was the deciding factor vs. Wake. Can they keep that up on a consistent basis?
Syracuse Syracuse
13-1
Life without Carmelo keeps getting better and better. Play from Hakim Warrick has been freakishly consistent, as he has scored between 18-21 points in his last 7 contests.
Arizona Arizona
11-3
How good is Hassan Adams? 16.6 PPG and 7.4 RPG for a 6’4 sophomore isn’t too shabby.
Kentucky Kentucky
11-2
Kentucky’s weaknesses are starting to become more and more evident. 10 minute stretches without field goals won’t be quality teams.
Wake Forest Wake Forest
11-2
Tough schedule doesn’t get any easier for Wake. Georgia Tech and at Florida State possibly makes this another two-loss week.
Kansas Kansas
11-2
Continues to win despite sub-par performances. Padgett returns shortly, and an above average defense will keep KU in the Big 12 title hunt.
Florida Florida
11-3
Has a chance to have a good week hosting Mississippi State and Auburn. Then again, they also have a chance to have a bad week.
Texas Tech Texas Tech
15-2
Tech seems to have replaced Missouri as a main contender for the Big 12 crown with their thrashing of Oklahoma.
