SCS.com A second straight College World Series title has placed the Oregon State Beavers atop the final 2006 SCS.com Fab 15 once again. OSU is followed by national runner-up North Carolina, before Rice, UC Irvine, and Arizona State round out the top five. Fellow CWS participants Louisville, Cal State-Fullerton, and Mississippi State are next, while long-time number one Vanderbilt and the Dores' SEC rival South Carolina complete the top ten. Other ranked teams include Michigan, Wichita State, Mississippi, Clemson, and Texas.
